The front loading door of island grills makes it easy for you to add more charcoal while the unit is in operation. Fire Magic™s charcoal barbecue grillers all include easy temperature control. You can easily adjust the temperature by just turning the control. You can raise or lower the fire through the control of the Fire Magic Outdoor Kitchens Charcoal Built-In Grills (with Oven/Hood) Island Grills.

You can also add Fire Magic gas unit accessories to have complete outdoor kitchens. Because of the front loading features of the island grills, you don't need to remove the cooking grids anymore just to be able to add more fuel to the fire. You will not experience any problem of grilling the meat of any food that you want because the island grills has a textured finish which avoids food from sticking into the griller.
