Outdoor Pizza Oven BBQ
Chicken Pizza Recipe
A simple soy sauce and brown sugar marinade, with hints of lemon and garlic, are the
perfect salty-sweet complement to rich salmon fillets cooked in your outdoor kitchen. A
must have recipe for your outdoor bbq island!
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- garlic powder (to your preference)
- lemon pepper (to your preference)
- salt (to your preference)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- Season Outdoor Kitchen Grilled Salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and
salt.
- In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until
sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce
mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate in outdoor refrigerator for at least 2
hours.
- Preheat outdoor grill for medium heat.
- Lightly oil outdoor barbecue grate. Place Outdoor Kitchen Grilled Salmon fillets on
the preheated outdoor grill, and discard marinade. Cook Outdoor Kitchen Grilled Salmon
for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp on your Outdoor Grill
This is a great recipe for getting creative with your outdoor kitchen ideas- you
can
enjoy this as your entry, or alongside a steak from your bbq island.
Outdoor Cooking Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 juiced lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds large shrimp,deveined and peeled with tails attached
- In a mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic,
tomato paste, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Reserve a small amount for basting the
Outdoor Kitchen Grilled Marinated Shrimp later. Pour remaining marinade into a large
resealable plastic bag with shrimp. Seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat outdoor kitchen barbecue grill for medium-low heat. Thread shrimp onto
skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Cook Outdoor Kitchen Grilled Marinated Shrimp for 5 minutes
per side, or until opaque, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

Grilled Hickory Pork Chops
The white wine marinade is what makes these pork chops really come together. Try this
recipe next time you fire up your outcdoor grills.
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- Pepper, to taste
- Mix wine, oil, lemon juice, garlic, sage, parsley, and pepper in a small bowl. Place
pork chops in a plastic bag or shallow dish and cover with marinade. Refrigerate the
covered pork in your outdoor refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
- Cook the pork chops in your outdoor kitchen for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired.
For best results, cover the outdoor grill while cooking so the meat is infused with the

BBQ Alaskan Salmon on an
Outdoor Grill
This is another varation of outdoor grill bbq salmon and is always a hit with the fish
outdoor cooking experts. After trying the Extravagant Outdoor Kitchen Grilled
Salmon, try this
varation!
- 8 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- Place salmon filets in a glass dish. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut oil, soy
sauce, vinegar, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil
and salt. Whisk together well, and pour Outdoor Grill BBQ Alaskan Salmon marinade over
fish. Cover and marinate the fish in the outdoor refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
- Prepare outdoor grill and lightly oil the outdoor bbq.
- Grill the fillets 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at the thickest part, or
until fish flakes with a fork. Turn over halfway through cooking.

For those of you who love cooking pizza in your outdoor pizza oven, try this
delicious, semi-sweet pizza pie. Use any type of your favorite outdoor bbq sauce, and
this pizza will still turn out remarkable.
- 3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup hickory flavored barbeque sauce of your choice
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/2 bunch of fresh, chopped cilantro
- 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Preheat outdoor pizza oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). In a saucepan over
medium high heat, combine chicken, barbeque sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar and
cilantro. Bring to a boil.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over Outdoor Pizza Oven BBQ Chicken Pizza crust, and
top with cheese and onions. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
